No matter how different the questions are, the answer is always the same: “Just be yourself!”
Of course, you should study well before the interview (examining the company website and the interviewer profiles on LinkedIn, going through the job posting, etc.).

You need to market your strengths, tangible achievements and projects.
However, it would be more impressive to present it in a modest style, not with the plaza mouth.
According to our observations, "cultural fit" today is more decisive than outstanding professional experience. 

As Tarkan says in one of his songs, "Don't be someone else, be yourself, you're more beautiful like that."

There is so much to read and hear about how important this is.
What's the point of pretending to be?
Do you play a role in your day-to-day work that doesn't suit you?
No.

Only on this basis should you try to convince the client yourself.
Only if you can be authentic and "real" and don't always feel like you have to play a role will you be happy in your job in the long run.

The advice to be authentic applies equally to the recruiting company and the people involved!
Only then is there a real chance for a mutually satisfactory and successful cooperation.
