Your personal data that we obtain in the following ways, within the scope of our commercial relations or our business relationship with you, within the scope of the purpose that requires their processing and in connection with this purpose, in a limited and measured way, by preserving the accuracy and the most up-to-date version of the personal data you have notified or notified to us. We hereby inform you that the data will be preserved, reorganized, shared with the institutions that are legally authorized to request this personal data, and that it will be transferred, transferred, classified and processed in other ways listed in the KVKK, under the conditions stipulated by the KVKK. The Data Controller will supervise and process the collected personal data. In addition, the affiliates of the Data Controller may process personal data or control them together with the Data Controller.

This clarification text does not apply to personnel employed by Human Kapital, who work directly for Human Kapital and who do not work directly with Human Kapital customers.
As per our data policy, it defines the types of personal data or personal information we collect, how we use this information, how we process and protect the information we collect, how long we store it, with whom we share it, and the rights that individuals can enjoy in our use of personal information. It also defines how you can contact us to learn about our data practices and to exercise your rights.

Information We Collect:
We may collect personal data about you in a variety of ways, such as through our websites and social media channels, our activities, telephone and fax, job applications and in-person recruitment, or in connection with our interactions with our customers and vendors. Personal data we may collect depending on the nature of our relationship includes, but is not limited to (as permitted by law):

In addition, as permitted by law, we may collect the following types of personal data if you apply for a job in Human Kapital job postings, submit a CV as a general application, send a CV by email or open an account to apply for a job:

work and educational background;
language proficiency and other work-related qualifications
information obtained through the interview form link
SSI number, government-issued identification number;
date of birth, gender,
citizenship and work permit status;
Information provided by references and information on your resume, information you provide about your career interests and other information about your qualifications for employment, and your express consent where required by law:

In addition to these, we may also collect information you provide about other individuals, such as information about people who need to be contacted in an emergency. Candidates are personally responsible for the accuracy of the information contained in the CV information. Human Kapital has no responsibility in this regard.
Other websites: We are not responsible for the privacy policies of other career or posting websites. We have no control over the information presented to third parties on other websites or collected on these sites. Therefore, visitors should also review the privacy policies of other websites.

How We Use the Information We Collect:
It collects and uses the collected data for the following purposes as permitted by law:
a) providing workforce solutions and connecting people to work;
b) create and manage online accounts;
c) manage our customer and vendor relationships;
d) To send Cookie and Advertisement Notification and warning messages about vacant positions and to carry out other communication activities;
e) where permitted by law, to communicate and manage participation in special events, promotions, programs, offers, surveys, contests and market research;
f) respond to inquiries and requests from individuals;
g) manage, evaluate and develop our business, make new software (develop, improve, analyze and advance our services; manage our communications, perform data analysis and perform accounting, auditing and other internal company functions, etc.)
h) prevent illegal activities, protect against and prevent other liabilities, and comply with and enforce applicable legal requirements, relevant industry standards, contractual obligations and our policies.

Human Kapital may process personal data for certain legal and commercial business purposes. These purposes are:
a) enable us to improve, modify, personalize or otherwise improve our services, processes or communications for the benefit of our customers, candidates and business partners;
b) improve the security of our network and information technology systems;
c) better understand how people interact with our websites;
d) for direct marketing purposes;
e) provide you with postal communications that we think are of interest to you;
f) determine the effectiveness of promotional campaigns and advertisements

How We Process and Protect Personal Information:
We process the personal data we collect through automated means for a certain period of time for the purposes described above, in accordance with our internal data retention policy. We do not disclose the personal data we collect about you, except as described in this disclosure notice or in separate notices related to certain events.
We may share your personal data with our business partners, our clients with whom we provide recruitment services, job placement consultants to find you a job, freelance recruitment consultants serving us, and companies that are our affiliates. In addition, where required by law or legal process, disclosure of your personal data is required or required to law enforcement or other government authorities, based on a legal disclosure request, to prevent physical harm or financial loss, or in connection with investigations of suspected or actual fraud or illegal activity. We can explain when we think it is appropriate. In case we sell or transfer all or part of our business or assets, we reserve the right to transfer your personal data, in case of force majeure, such as restructuring, termination or liquidation.

Your rights:
In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, regarding your personal data, provided that you prove your identity;
a) To learn whether the Company processes personal data about you, and if so, to request information about it,
b) To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with the purpose,
c) You have the right to learn whether personal data is transferred domestically or abroad and, if so, to whom it is transferred.
In addition, you have the right to request the Company to correct your inaccurate and incomplete personal data and to inform the recipients whose data has been or may have been transferred.
You can request the destruction (deletion, destruction or anonymization) of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK.
At the same time, you can request that the third parties to whom the data has been or may be transferred be informed about your destruction request. However, by evaluating your destruction request, we will evaluate which method is appropriate according to the conditions of the concrete case. In this context, you can always request information from us about why we have chosen the destruction method we have chosen. You may object to the results of your personal data analysis, created exclusively using an automated system, if these results are contrary to your interests. Your requests in your application will be concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires a separate cost for the Company, the fee in the tariff determined in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller may be charged by the Personal Data Protection Board.
