KVKK INFORMATION NOTICE

2. Scope
This information notice applies to:

  • Job seeker candidates,
  • Client/employer company representatives,
  • Business partners,
  • Suppliers,
  • Website visitors,
  • Individuals who contact us through communication channels.

3. Personal Data Processed
Depending on the nature of the relationship, the following personal data may be processed:
For candidates:

  • Name, surname,
  • Contact information,
  • CV information,
  • Education and experience information,
  • Interview notes,
  • Information regarding applied job postings,
  • Job referral information,
  • Identity information in cases of legal obligation.

For other individuals:

  • Name, surname,
  • Title and company information,
  • Telephone number, e-mail address,
  • IP address and website usage information,
  • Communication contents.

4. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data is processed for the purposes of:

  • Conducting recruitment and placement processes,
  • Managing candidate evaluation and interview processes,
  • Managing customer and business relationships,
  • Managing service, offer, and contract processes,
  • Carrying out communication activities,
  • Ensuring website security,
  • Fulfilling legal obligations.

5. Legal Grounds
Your personal data is processed pursuant to Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, based on the following legal grounds:

  • Establishment and performance of a contract,
  • Fulfillment of legal obligations,
  • Legitimate interest,
  • Explicit consent, where required.

6. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be shared, in a lawful manner and limited to the purpose of processing, with:

  • Employer clients,
  • Reference and assessment companies,
  • Service providers,
  • Business partners,
  • Authorized public institutions and organizations.

7. Candidate-Specific Sharing Principles
Candidate information:

  • Is not public,
  • Cannot be viewed by other candidates or platform users,
  • Is processed only by authorized Human Kapital consultants.

Information of candidates deemed suitable for a role is shared:

  • Within the candidate’s knowledge,
  • In accordance with the relevant legal grounds,
  • Only with authorized representatives of the relevant client company,
  • Limited to the recruitment process.

No unauthorized, collective, public, or marketing-purpose sharing is carried out.

8. Data Sharing with İŞKUR (Mandatory Transfer for Candidates)
Candidates’ identity information (Turkish ID Number, Date of Birth) and job referral information are shared with the Turkish Employment Agency (İŞKUR) due to legal obligation, within the scope of the regulations of the “Türkiye’nin İş Kapısı Platformu.”
Explicit consent is not required for this transfer.

9. Retention Period
Your personal data is retained:

  • For as long as the purpose of processing continues,
  • For the periods stipulated in the relevant legislation, and upon expiration, it is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

10. Your Rights
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:

  • Request information,
  • Request correction,
  • Request deletion or destruction,
  • Object to processing.
