Why is the second interview important? 

The first interview is generally held in order to determine the eligible candidates that would be invited for the second interview. Please do not forget that, in the second interview more detailed issues will be considered regarding both the company and the candidate. If you are given an appointment for the second interview, you have to get prepared very well for this process.
 

 Although the second interview varies according to the position, the competencies of the candidate, concrete achievements, foreign language level, managerial skills and the management of relations with other departments (for managerial positions) are analyzed. The manager you will work with is also included in this interview. Technical questions will be asked about the position you are interested in.

In the second interview, the following questions may be asked.
Main functions, number of employees and duties of the department you will work in
What is expected of the employee to be successful in this department?
Which departments are most in contact with in this position?
How is employee performance measured in this section?
Based on my current experience, which aspects of me do you think this position presents an opportunity for?
What do you think might be the most important challenge I will face if I start a business?
What kind of fringe benefits do employees in your company benefit from, apart from wages?
