This position plays a critical role in ensuring the sustainability of economic performance, managing financial and legal compliance, controlling risks, and providing strategic support to senior management.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring the sustainability of economic performance, managing financial and legal compliance, controlling risks, and providing strategic support to senior management.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a relevant university degree
- Minimum 10 years of experience in finance
- Minimum 4 years of managerial experience
- Experience in manufacturing/factory operations
- Advanced level of English
- Strong knowledge of general accounting, management accounting, and industrial accounting
- Experience in industrial cost control
- Knowledge of CDMO business models, pricing, and profitability management
- Good command of IFRS and local accounting standards
- Preferably experienced in using SAP, SAGE X3, or similar ERP systems, as well as Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical thinking ability, with a results and performance-oriented mindset
- Valid Class B driving license
- Military service completed for male candidates
- Residing in the Tekirdağ region or willing to relocate
Responsibilities
- Lead all finance, accounting, controlling, treasury, budgeting, and reporting activities of the plant.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, Local GAAP, and Group reporting standards.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes and financial planning activities.
- Oversee industrial controlling, including cost control, product costing, profitability analysis, and production performance.
- Drive optimization of CAPEX, OPEX, working capital, and overall financial performance.
- Manage cash flow, treasury operations, financing activities, and banking relationships.
- Support the Site Director / General Manager with financial analysis, business planning, and strategic decision-making.
- Contribute to pricing, profitability, and financial evaluation of customer and CDMO projects.
- Lead finance and controlling teams while ensuring effective collaboration with legal, procurement, and IT functions when required.
- Coordinate audits, strengthen internal controls, and drive continuous improvement of finance processes and ERP/BI systems.
