Confidentiality of Candidate Data

Protection of Job Seeker / Candidate Information – Human Kapital
As www.humankapital.com.tr, we attach great importance to the confidentiality of the personal data of our candidates who become members of our website and submit applications. Your personal data is protected and processed in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and the relevant legislation.

Confidentiality of Applications
Applications made through Human Kapital are:

  • Not public,
  • Not viewable by other candidates or third parties,
  • Accessible only by authorized Human Kapital consultants.

CV and Information Security
Candidates may:

  • Create a CV in Turkish and/or English,
  • Upload a CV in PDF format,
  • Create membership via platforms such as LinkedIn.

All candidate information:

  • Is not visible through search engines or general on-site searches,
  • Is not shared collectively, publicly, or without authorization,
  • Is processed solely within the scope of recruitment processes.

Sharing with Employers
Candidate information is shared:

  • Only for positions applied for by the candidate or deemed suitable for the role by Human Kapital,
  • Within the candidate’s knowledge and in accordance with relevant legal bases (establishment/performance of a contract, legitimate interest, explicit consent, or legal obligation),
  • Only with authorized representatives of the relevant client company,
  • Limited to the recruitment process.

Other than this;

  • Candidate information is not shared without authorization, for public access, marketing, or listing purposes,
  • It is not made accessible to other candidates or platform users.

Legal Responsibility and Limits
The sharing of candidate information with client companies, within the candidate’s knowledge and in accordance with legal grounds, falls within the scope of Human Kapital’s lawful activities. Such sharing:

  • Is limited to recruitment and placement processes,
  • Human Kapital cannot be held responsible, except for its own fault, for consequences arising from unlawful use by third parties.

Account Security

  • Simultaneous multiple logins using the same user credentials are not allowed.
  • If you believe your account has been used without authorization, it is recommended that you change your password.
  • If you have logged in from shared computers, it is your responsibility to log out securely.

Informational Messages
Human Kapital may send candidates informational messages regarding:

  • Job opportunities,
  • Career information,
  • Announcements and content.

Candidates who do not wish to receive these notifications may update their communication preferences at any time.
