This role is responsible for standardizing financial processes across the group, strengthening the finance organization, managing cash flow and financing activities, and providing strategic financial insights to senior management. We are looking for an experienced finance leader who can drive operational excellence and support business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, budgeting, financial reporting, and accounting
- Proven managerial experience within a group of companies or a manufacturing environment
- Hands-on approach with the ability to actively participate in day-to-day finance operations
- Experience in establishing or restructuring finance organizations and financial processes
- Strong relationship management experience with banks and financial institutions
- Solid knowledge of international financing, credit facilities, treasury, and foreign exchange risk management
- Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably IFS, SAP, or Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel
- Fluent in English
- Location: European Side of Istanbul
Key Responsibilities
- Standardize and continuously improve financial processes across the group companies.
- Manage budgeting, cash flow, financial planning, and performance reporting.
- Coordinate consolidated financial reporting processes.
- Manage banking relationships, financing, and credit facilities.
- Oversee foreign exchange exposure, liquidity, and financial risk management.
- Lead ERP implementation and digital finance transformation initiatives.
- Manage finance teams and ensure effective coordination across group companies.
- Provide financial analysis, business insights, and decision-support reports to senior management.
