Part 5 - Client interview organization and project completion:

In the final section, we would like to briefly touch upon the business meeting with the client, obtaining references and possibly post-contractual arrangements.

Once the client has received their profile and decided which candidates they would like to get to know personally, the consultant will coordinate the appointment between the client and the candidate.

If the client needs references to make a decision, these should be obtained from the consultant. Referrers are named by the candidate and the consultant cannot do any reference checks without the candidate's approval.

Pay attention to these principles, both as a client and as a candidate, as they guarantee a fair, transparent, professional and qualified staff recruitment consulting process. For us, these principles are part of our daily work.
