PRODUCTION ENGINEER

Production EngineerOur client, one of the world's leading companies in the textile accessories manufacturing industry with 100% foreign capital, is seeking a Production Engineer to join its manufacturing facility located in Çerkezköy.
Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Metallurgical and Materials Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in metal plating and surface treatment processes.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing/production environment is preferred.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Experience in production processes, process improvement, and problem-solving.
• Strong analytical thinking skills, results-oriented mindset, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Çerkezköy, Çorlu, Kapaklı, or Saray.

Job Description

1. Ensure that metal plating and surface treatment processes are carried out in compliance with quality standards.
2. Monitor production processes and contribute to achieving quality, efficiency, and operational continuity targets.
3. Analyze production issues related to plating and surface treatment processes and actively participate in implementing effective solutions.
4. Monitor the daily performance and operation of production lines.
5. Coordinate production activities to ensure high-quality and efficient manufacturing.
6. Monitor machinery and equipment, coordinating maintenance and continuous improvement activities.
7. Support the implementation and follow-up of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities.
8. Track machine spare parts and automation systems to ensure uninterrupted production.
9. Prepare monthly production reports and analyze production performance.
10. Monitor daily production deviations and ensure timely corrective actions are implemented.
11. Coordinate with suppliers to support the procurement of appropriate materials and technical requirements.
