Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Metallurgical and Materials Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in metal plating and surface treatment processes.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing/production environment is preferred.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Experience in production processes, process improvement, and problem-solving.
- Strong analytical thinking skills, results-oriented mindset, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Çerkezköy, Çorlu, Kapaklı, or Saray.
Job Description
- Ensure that metal plating and surface treatment processes are carried out in compliance with quality standards.
- Monitor production processes and contribute to achieving quality, efficiency, and operational continuity targets.
- Analyze production issues related to plating and surface treatment processes and actively participate in implementing effective solutions.
- Monitor the daily performance and operation of production lines.
- Coordinate production activities to ensure high-quality and efficient manufacturing.
- Monitor machinery and equipment, coordinating maintenance and continuous improvement activities.
- Support the implementation and follow-up of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities.
- Track machine spare parts and automation systems to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Prepare monthly production reports and analyze production performance.
- Monitor daily production deviations and ensure timely corrective actions are implemented.
- Coordinate with suppliers to support the procurement of appropriate materials and technical requirements.
