FINANCIAL CONTROL SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a Financial Control Supervisor for our corporate client operating in the manufacturing industry.

This position will be responsible for the effective management of financial reporting, budgeting, cost control, and accounting processes, while contributing to the company’s overall financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Public Finance, or a related field,
• At least 8 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial controlling within the manufacturing industry,
• Advanced proficiency in English,
• Strong command of SAP FI/CO and MS Office applications,
• Solid experience in budgeting, cost accounting, and financial reporting,
• Knowledge of IFRS practices,
• Experience in internal control and audit processes,
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team,
• For male candidates, completion of military service,
• Residing in or willing to relocate to the Tekirdağ region.

Job Description

1. Monitor budget preparation and budget realization processes,
2. Prepare regular financial reports and analyses for management,
3. Conduct cost analyses and develop improvement recommendations,
4. Coordinate monthly and period-end financial closing processes,
5. Support the accuracy of accounting records and the continuity of financial processes,
6. Monitor cash flow and working capital,
7. Contribute to the development of internal control practices,
8. Coordinate with relevant departments during independent and statutory audit processes,
9. Ensure that financial reporting complies with legal regulations and company standards,
10. Support the effective use of financial processes through ERP systems,
11. Work in coordination with relevant departments and international teams,
12. Take an active role in process improvement and efficiency initiatives.
