Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Public Finance, or a related field,
- At least 8 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial controlling within the manufacturing industry,
- Advanced proficiency in English,
- Strong command of SAP FI/CO and MS Office applications,
- Solid experience in budgeting, cost accounting, and financial reporting,
- Knowledge of IFRS practices,
- Experience in internal control and audit processes,
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team,
- For male candidates, completion of military service,
- Residing in or willing to relocate to the Tekirdağ region.
Job Description
- Monitor budget preparation and budget realization processes,
- Prepare regular financial reports and analyses for management,
- Conduct cost analyses and develop improvement recommendations,
- Coordinate monthly and period-end financial closing processes,
- Support the accuracy of accounting records and the continuity of financial processes,
- Monitor cash flow and working capital,
- Contribute to the development of internal control practices,
- Coordinate with relevant departments during independent and statutory audit processes,
- Ensure that financial reporting complies with legal regulations and company standards,
- Support the effective use of financial processes through ERP systems,
- Work in coordination with relevant departments and international teams,
- Take an active role in process improvement and efficiency initiatives.
