IT SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR
We are seeking a System Administrator for our client, an international corporation in the manufacturing sector, on whose behalf we are conducting this search. This role will be responsible for user support processes, management of the hardware and software infrastructure, and coordination of joint work with the central IT team abroad. It will help keep the company’s information technology infrastructure running reliably and efficiently.
IT SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR
We are seeking a System Administrator for our client, an international corporation in the manufacturing sector, on whose behalf we are conducting this search.
This role will be responsible for user support processes, management of the hardware and software infrastructure, and coordination of joint work with the central IT team abroad. It will help keep the company’s information technology infrastructure running reliably and efficiently.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- At least 8 years of IT experience, preferably in manufacturing companies
- Good command of English
- Advanced knowledge of Windows client systems and Office applications
- Experience working with SAP systems
- Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals
- Experience in user support or field support is preferred
- Puts user satisfaction first and communicates effectively with employees at all levels
- Takes initiative, is results-oriented and hands-on
- Well-organized, methodical, and a good team player
- Open to change, flexible, and willing to share knowledge
- Able to travel periodically for short trips to coordinate with headquarters abroad
- Resides in or is willing to relocate to Tekirdağ or the surrounding area
- Holds a Class B driver’s license
- Male candidates must have completed military service
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide on-site technical support to users, including troubleshooting and resolving issues, installation, equipment relocation, and IT guidance and training
- Manage the full lifecycle of computers and workstations, from deployment to decommissioning
- Oversee the handover and setup of new systems to users according to checklists
- Plan, prioritize, and resolve support requests
- Serve as the first point of contact at the user help desk
- Keep the hardware and software inventory up to date and prepare the related documentation
- Work in collaboration with the central IT team abroad
