On behalf of our corporate client operating in the pharmaceutical industry with international partnerships and a growing product portfolio, we are seeking a Medical Manager.
Qualifications
- Medical Doctor (M.D.) degree from reputable universities,
- Minimum 5 years of experience within Medical Affairs (MSL, Medical Manager, etc.) in the pharmaceutical industry,
- Excellent command of written and spoken English,
- Proven expertise in medical strategy development, Key Opinion Leader engagement, and product launches,
- Strong background in clinical research, evidence-based medicine, and scientific literature analysis,
- In-depth knowledge of local healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and pharmacovigilance,
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills (Sales, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs),
- Valid driver's license and availability for business travel.
Job Description
1. Formulate and execute medical strategies for assigned therapeutic areas,
2. Translate current clinical trial data and guidelines into actionable medical insights,
3. Plan and oversee scientific meetings, advisory boards, and medical education projects,
4. Support and deliver scientific training programs for field forces and internal teams,
5. Review and approve medical materials to ensure scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance,
6. Track medical projects and product launches in alignment with timelines, budgets, and compliance guidelines, reporting outcomes to senior executive management.
