Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree from a university,
  • At least 2 years of experience in human resources, particularly experienced in white-collar recruitment,
  • Preferably at least B2 (Upper Intermediate) level proficiency in a foreign language,
  • Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint),
  • Preferably experienced with ERP systems such as Canias, SAP, etc.,
  • Able to conduct effective interviews and deliver effective presentations,
  • Analytical and innovative thinker, process- and results-oriented,
  • Strong communication, persuasion and reporting skills,
  • Effective at time management, a team player who values collaboration,
  • Committed to ethical values, honest and trustworthy.

Job Description

  1. Managing recruitment and selection processes for blue- and white-collar positions in line with company goals, in coordination with relevant departments, and maintaining related records,
  2. Organizing, documenting and tracking training activities within the scope of the annual training plan and requirements,
  3. Delivering orientation training to new employees,
  4. Running career management and performance system processes; tracking, documenting and reporting development matrices together with relevant departments,
  5. Ensuring the implementation, follow-up and record-keeping of disciplinary regulations,
  6. Preparing job descriptions and carrying out revisions of HR procedures and instructions,
  7. Planning and organizing the implementation of HR functions and monitoring outcomes,
  8. Supporting existing HR practices aimed at employee satisfaction and motivation,
  9. Providing effective support to the Human Resources Manager in operating the performance, training, career, compensation and disciplinary management systems.
