HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST
We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join the Human Resources Department at the manufacturing facility of our foreign-owned corporate client.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, or a related field,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources,
• Experience in recruitment, personnel administration, and payroll processes,
• Knowledge of Turkish Labor Law and relevant employment legislation,
• Experience with payroll and Time & Attendance (PDKS) systems,
• Experience in HR KPI tracking, reporting, and data analysis,
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel,
• Good command of English,
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
• Strong verbal and written communication skills,
• Strong reporting and analytical capabilities,
• Valid Class B driving license,
• Willing and available to work under a one-year fixed-term employment contract,
• Preferably residing in Çorlu, Çerkezköy, Lüleburgaz, Ergene, or surrounding areas.

Job Description & Responsibilities

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment and offboarding processes.
2. Ensure the accurate and timely execution of payroll and personnel administration processes.
3. Manage and monitor processes related to the Private Pension System (BES).
4. Ensure that personnel files, KVKK compliance, disciplinary procedures, and other HR processes are managed in accordance with current legislation.
5. Regularly monitor, analyze, and report on Human Resources KPIs.
6. Analyze and report monthly labor/personnel costs.
7. Monitor annual leave processes in compliance with applicable labor legislation.
8. Monitor Time & Attendance (PDKS) records and related personnel processes.
9. Prepare regular HR reports and analyses.
10. Plan and coordinate corporate travel arrangements.
