FINANCE AND TREASURY DIRECTOR
We are seeking a Finance and Treasury Director to lead the finance, treasury, budgeting and reporting functions of our corporate client operating in the manufacturing industry, with the aim of strengthening its financial structure, ensuring the effective management of financial resources and supporting its sustainable growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field,
• At least 5-10 years of experience in finance, treasury, budgeting and financial reporting,
• At least 3 years of team management experience,
• Preferably experienced in the manufacturing industry,
• Experienced in cash flow management, banking, credit and financing processes,
• Knowledgeable about export transactions, foreign exchange operations and currency risk management,
• Proficient in budgeting, financial reporting and period-end closing processes,
• Advanced proficiency in English,
• Proficient in ERP systems and MS Excel,
• Strong analytical thinking, planning and problem-solving skills,
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation abilities,
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel,
• For male candidates, completion of compulsory military service.

Job Description

1. Manage the company’s finance, treasury, budgeting and financial reporting processes,
2. Plan cash flow and monitor the company’s liquidity requirements,
3. Ensure the effective management of banking, credit, financing, payment and collection processes,
4. Manage relationships with domestic and international banks,
5. Monitor foreign currency positions, exchange-rate risks and financing costs,
6. Coordinate annual budgeting and periodic forecasting activities,
7. Monitor budget versus actual results and prepare variance analyses,
8. Review monthly and period-end closing results,
9. Present regular financial analyses and management reports to senior management,
10. Monitor financial risks and improve internal control processes,
11. Contribute to the improvement of ERP and financial reporting processes,
12. Manage the objectives, work plans and performance of the team,
13. Support strategic decision-making processes from a financial perspective.
