We are seeking an Accounts Payable Accounting Expert to join the Finance Department, reporting directly to the Accounting and Tax Manager. Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience (preferably with manufacturing/factory operations and industrial accounting experience).
- Language Skills: Good command of spoken English.
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, SAGE X3, Oracle, or similar platforms) and knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
- Strong knowledge of Turkish legislation, Local GAAP, VAT regulations, and TFRS/IFRS standards.
- Advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
- Personal Competencies: Proactive, highly analytical, strong relationship management and communication skills, result- and performance-oriented.
- Military Service: Completed military service for male candidates.
- Location: Residing in or able to relocate to the Tekirdağ-Çorlu or Lüleburgaz region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes, including supplier invoice processing and three-way matching.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and maintain accurate vendor master data.
- Execute supplier payments, reconciliations, and ensure VAT/tax compliance.
- Support month-end closing, AP reporting, and general ledger postings.
- Contribute to ERP/AP process improvements, automation initiatives, and internal/external audit compliance.
